It's an unusual year for all of us. Clubs cannot have their customary celebration gatherings for the installations of their new Presidents and Officers, and the Rotary Club of the Bronx is no exception.
However, we were honored to have District Governor Mahbub Ahmad and District Governor Elect Mary Shackleton in attendance at our Zoom meeting installation on June 30, 2020. Both spoke words of encouragement and support to Eugene for his upcoming year and praised Outgoing President Ralph Scottino for his leadership this past year.
Club member, Sandy Wolstein who is Assistant Governor for Area 6 administered the Oath of Office to Eugene.
Eugene begins his year with the distinction of being the first Bronx Rotary Club President to be sworn into office
virtually, via a Zoom meeting.
